With a growing national presence and increasing global demand, they are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead strategic commercial growth from their Perth base.

About the Role

This is not your traditional sales job.

As Sales Manager, you’ll operate at the frontier of automation and applied robotics—identifying opportunities before others even see the problem. Your role is part strategist, part engineer-whisperer, and all-in on commercial performance. You’ll work closely with some of the country’s most sophisticated industrial operators, guiding them toward solutions that challenge the status quo and drive measurable ROI.

You’ll shape the client conversation, influence engineering direction, and represent a brand that’s changing the way things move, lift, shift, and get done.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive B2B solution sales for high-value robotic and engineered systems

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy across mining, energy, defence, and industrial infrastructure sectors

  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based client relationships from the shop floor to the boardroom

  • Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to tailor commercial responses to technical problems

  • Represent the business at industry events, project briefings, and strategic engagements

  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and business development strategy across WA and national markets

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in solution-based sales, ideally involving capital equipment, industrial automation, or high-tech engineering solutions

  • Experience selling into complex industries such as mining, energy, defence, or infrastructure

  • Commercial intuition and technical credibility—able to win the trust of clients, from technicians to C-suite

  • Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to translate complexity into opportunity

  • A growth mindset, autonomy, and a passion for innovation

  • Based in Perth, with the ability to travel as required
