About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning and growing mid-market and enterprise clients across Australia. You’ll focus on selling workflow automation, analytics, and CRM/RevOps SaaS solutions to senior decision makers in operations, technology, and finance.
This is a strategic new business role requiring a hunter mindset, excellent solution mapping, and the ability to engage at C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise prospects across financial services, professional services, and consumer sectors

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs discovery, solution design, proposals, and deal closure

Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure solution fit and long-term customer adoption

Build trusted relationships with CFO, COO, CIO, and senior operations leaders

Stay across SaaS, data, and digital transformation trends to position as a market expert

Represent the business at Melbourne industry events and executive forums
Your Background

Proven success in SaaS sales (workflow automation, CRM/RevOps, or data/analytics preferred)

Experience winning new enterprise clients with $100K+ ARR deal sizes

Strong consultative sales skills with ability to design tailored solutions for client challenges

Confident engaging senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and IT

Network within Melbourne enterprise ecosystem is advantageous
