About the Role

Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will lead and scale the direct-to-consumer inside sales function.

You will inherit a small team (2 consultants, growing to 4–5) and take ownership of conversion performance, coaching, CRM discipline and sales process optimisation.

This is a hands-on player-coach role. You will personally run consultations and close high-ticket, consultative sales while building the structure, systems and culture to lift overall team performance.

The environment is inbound-driven and high-trust. The opportunity lies in improving conversion efficiency and operational coordination to unlock meaningful revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance

  • Own revenue and volume targets

  • Lift conversion rates toward 25%+

  • Implement lead reactivation strategies

  • Monitor funnel performance and remove bottlenecks

Leadership & Coaching

  • Run structured call reviews and 1:1s

  • Implement performance scorecards

  • Build onboarding frameworks for new hires

CRM & Process Optimisation

  • Own CRM hygiene and staging accuracy

  • Build live funnel visibility for leadership

  • Improve prioritisation, workflow and cross-functional coordination

Hiring & Scaling

  • Recruit and onboard additional consultants

  • Reduce time-to-productivity

  • Build a repeatable model for national scale

Your Background

  • 5–8+ years B2C inside sales experience

  • 2–3+ years in leadership or player-coach capacity

  • High-ticket, consultative sales background

  • Proven track record improving conversion rates

  • Strong CRM capability (HubSpot preferred)

  • Structured, commercially analytical operator

You are high-ownership, performance-driven and comfortable building structure in a fast-moving environment.
