About the Role

As Channel Sales Manager, you will own the development of WA channel strategy, managing distributor and retail accounts while driving new opportunities. This role requires a mix of sales execution, partner management, and strategic planning to ensure continued market growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing distributor and retail accounts in WA

  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and joint business plans with partners

  • Identify and onboard new distributors and retail outlets to expand reach

  • Monitor category performance, competitor activity, and market opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and in-store visibility

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, distributor events, and partner forums

Your Background

  • Proven experience in channel sales or key account management within consumer goods, FMCG, or wholesale distribution

  • Knowledge of WA retail and distribution networks

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Commercially astute, able to deliver growth and meet sales targets

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
