About the Role
As Channel Sales Manager, you will own the development of WA channel strategy, managing distributor and retail accounts while driving new opportunities. This role requires a mix of sales execution, partner management, and strategic planning to ensure continued market growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing distributor and retail accounts in WA

Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and joint business plans with partners

Identify and onboard new distributors and retail outlets to expand reach

Monitor category performance, competitor activity, and market opportunities

Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and in-store visibility

Represent the company at trade fairs, distributor events, and partner forums
Your Background

Proven experience in channel sales or key account management within consumer goods, FMCG, or wholesale distribution

Knowledge of WA retail and distribution networks

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Commercially astute, able to deliver growth and meet sales targets

Excellent communication and presentation abilities
