About the Role
As Sales Director – Commercial Projects, you will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial property sales function. You will target tier-one developers, builders, architects, and government agencies, winning large-scale tenders and contracts across Melbourne and nationally.
This is a leadership role with a direct impact on revenue growth, requiring a mix of strategic sales planning, enterprise engagement, and hands-on deal execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for major commercial and infrastructure projects

Build and manage relationships with developers, builders, architects, and government stakeholders

Lead bid and tender processes, working with internal teams to design winning proposals

Secure multi-million-dollar contracts across commercial property and infrastructure sectors

Represent the company at industry forums, trade events, and executive client meetings

Provide leadership and mentoring to a high-performing commercial sales team
Your Background

Proven track record in sales leadership within property, construction, or building products

Experience winning and managing large-scale commercial projects ($10M–$100M+)

Strong network within Melbourne’s property, construction, and government sectors

Ability to manage complex tenders and multi-stakeholder negotiations

Exceptional leadership, commercial, and relationship management skills
