About the Role

As Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, launching, and optimising programs that support sales readiness, performance, and effectiveness at scale. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure that every revenue-facing team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and content they need to succeed.

This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building scalable, data-driven enablement systems and elevating global sales capability across functions and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of the sales onboarding and certification program for all go-to-market functions

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to deliver impactful internal training and customer-facing sales collateral

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify enablement needs, skill gaps, and growth opportunities

  • Deploy and embed sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPIC) across the global sales organisation

  • Design a master plan and annual calendar for enablement programs, launches, and training events

  • Manage the sales content repository (e.g. Highspot), ensuring resources are accessible and up-to-date

  • Monitor content usage, engagement, and adoption to measure program effectiveness

  • Analyse sales assessments, feedback loops, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Product Marketing in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment

  • Proven ability to build scalable enablement frameworks in fast-paced, global organisations

  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and coaching principles (MEDDPIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)

  • Experience with enablement platforms and tools such as Highspot, Salesforce (SFDC), CMS/LMS platforms

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across diverse audiences

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a passion for process and performance optimisation

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel up to 5% for team events or global collaboration
