Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Leadership: Shape and lead the business’s sales capability with absolute accountability for the sales and distribution strategy.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Initially, your focus will be on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within the developer and real estate segments. These partnerships will create strong, sustainable connections, ultimately increasing sales volume for long-term bonds.
  • Customer Engagement: Leverage face-to-face customer engagement strategies, operating in a C-Level stakeholder environment.
  • Sales Organisation Management: Build and manage the sales organization to support growth efforts. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to shape offerings and marketing strategies.

Experience

  • Proven Track Record: You should have a proven track record in sales leadership within a multi-channel distribution environment.
  • Team Leadership: Strong business acumen and the ability to manage and lead sales teams are essential.
  • Self-Motivation and Impact-Driven: Thrive on autonomy and enjoy making a significant impact while promoting collective ambition and fostering collaboration.
  • Forward-Thinking Approach: Work closely with the CEO to spearhead business growth, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach that contributes to our evolution.
