The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Territory Sales Executive to join the Australian sales team.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and brand presence across retail jewellery accounts within an assigned territory. You will manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities, ensuring optimal in-store representation across multiple premium brands.
This is a field-based territory role suited to a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on relationship building and results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Growth

Drive revenue growth across new and existing retail accounts

Execute territory plans aligned with national sales strategy

Analyse sales performance and implement initiatives to maximise results

Identify and secure new retail partners
Account & Relationship Management

Develop strong, long-term relationships with retail jewellers

Conduct regular store visits to maintain engagement and performance

Negotiate trading terms and close profitable deals

Upsell and cross-sell across the multi-brand portfolio
In-Store Execution & Brand Representation

Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards

Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives

Deliver product training and education to retail teams

Present new collections and sales programs to partners
Reporting & Insights

Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory reporting

Monitor market trends and competitor activity
-
Relay retailer feedback to internal marketing and product teams
About You
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a KPI-driven territory sales role
-
Proven track record in retail account management
-
Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, or premium consumer goods highly regarded
-
Strong negotiation and closing capability
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident presenter with excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, results-driven and team-oriented
Candidates from adjacent retail categories with strong territory management experience will also be considered.
