Job Description
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing new channel partners throughout the APAC region. This pivotal role involves:
- Proactively pursuing and capturing new business opportunities.
- Skillfully generating interest and creating opportunities with potential partners.
- Qualifying leads to support our enterprise sales team.
- Collaborating closely with both sales and marketing departments to craft and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Building and maintaining productive, professional relationships with channel partners.
- Regularly assessing, clarifying, and responding to the needs of partners to optimise their success and satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in both strategic planning and operational execution, with the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably within the Software/SaaS/Technology sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively sell to SMBs.
- A self-motivated and driven professional who is keen to set and surpass new benchmarks.
- Outstanding communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Previous experience in Microsoft or channel sales will be considered an advantage.
