About the Role
As Enterprise Sales Director, you will take ownership of revenue growth across Australia and APAC. This role blends hands-on enterprise sales with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the company captures strategic accounts and builds lasting partnerships with leading financial institutions.
You will engage directly with CFOs, CROs, COOs, and Heads of Compliance to deliver complex, high-value SaaS solutions that address critical industry challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise sales efforts for digital onboarding, payments automation, and compliance SaaS platforms

Own and deliver the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close

Personally manage C-suite relationships at banks, insurers, and fintech innovators

Negotiate and close multi-year SaaS contracts, min $100K+ ARR

Recruit, mentor, and develop a growing enterprise sales team

Collaborate with product, regulatory, and delivery teams to align solutions to client needs

Represent the company at major FinTech conferences, forums, and executive roundtables
Your Background

Demonstrated success in enterprise FinTech, SaaS, or RegTech sales leadership

Track record of winning and growing $500K+ ARR enterprise contracts

Deep network across financial services institutions in Sydney/ANZ

Expertise in selling to compliance, risk, finance, and operations executives

Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset
